First, Liz and I want to say how grateful we are for this absolutely wonderful service we received from you and Tom during the processing of this sale. You both kept your cool while I lost mine and you made the seemingly impossible happen, albeit a trifle later than we all thought it should. Nevertheless, everything came together before we left Victoria so that we were able to complete some business we needed to before we left for the East Coast....
